Diversity Dialogues are one of the most popular programs, offered by the Institute for Diversity in Health Management. Each month, a different nationally and renowned speaker discusses a topic of pressing concern in health care. Attendees login via a computer and view a corresponding slideshow presentation. They may also call in via telephone.

Past speakers have included, Randy Walker, MBA & Anton Chastang, MPH (Henry Ford Health System), Joseph R. Betancourt, M.D. (Director, The Disparities Solutions Center Senior Scientist, Mongan Institute for Health Policy, Associate Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, Program Director of Multicultural Education, Multicultural Affairs Office) and Ms. Antoinette Green (Trinity Health). Every December, Institute President and CEO, Fred Hobby delivers "The President's Message", detailing Institute progress within the past year and highlighting the upcoming events and new items for the coming year.
